<p>主料：</p>
<p>牛肉馅400克</p>
<p>青辣椒五个</p>
<p>调味料：</p>
<p>大蒜一头，姜一块，豆瓣酱一袋，甜面酱一袋，番茄酱一袋</p>
<p>白糖，酒，水淀粉</p>
<p>做法：</p>
<p>1 牛肉中加入一点酒和水淀粉腌一下。</p>
<p>2 把青椒大蒜和姜加在一起打成泥</p>

<p>3 凉油放入腌好的牛肉，炒变色后加豆瓣酱一袋，甜面酱一袋，番茄酱一袋炒匀，冒泡后加入青椒大蒜泥和少量白糖，小火熬半小时等水分差不多蒸发干了就可以了</p>

<p>1 制作卤包：把大个的调料用刀狠狠的拍几下，再把所有的调料用干净的沙布包起来扎紧</p>

<p>4 用小火加少量的油把姜片和蒜爆香，再加放豆瓣酱，加点老抽和酒炒出酱香来，放入牛肉汤或者老汤</p>
<p>&nbsp; 我没有，所以用牛肉粉冲水加进去了，煮开锅后加入山楂干，冰糖，卤包，小火煮十五分钟。</p>

<p>5 把煮好的汤和料，所有东西都浇到牛肉上，我用阿迪锅的煮肉档大概三十分钟就好了</p>

<p>糙米150克</p>
<p>海带根100克（也水发海带也可以）</p>
<p>虾皮20克</p>
<p><strong>配料：</strong></p>
<p>植物油</p>
<p>香葱</p>
<p>盐</p>
<p><strong>做法：</strong></p>
<p>1、糙米洗净后用冷水泡两个小时</p>
<p>2、在过滤出糙米中加入几滴植物油拌匀，把泡过糙米的水放入沙锅中煮开。</p>
<p>3、海带根切成菱形小块</p>
